Currently we offer a standard shipping rate of $15.00 on purchases under $100.00. Purchases over $100.00 will receive free shipping across Canada.

Alternatively, you may select Pickup at checkout to pick up your order at our store located in Ingleside Ontario during store hours. You will be notified by email/phone when your order is ready for pickup.

In-Store return Policy

We gladly accept returns or exchanges of regular price items within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unworn, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.

Sale items of 20% off or less may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unworn, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.

Sale items with a 25%+ are considered final sale.

Online Return Policy

Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unworn, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. Sale section items are considered FINAL SALE. Shipping charges cannot be refunded, and customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred on items sent back to us. Please notify us by email or phone to begin the return process. Please note, Farran Footwear reserves the right to deny a request that does not comply with our return policy.
